James Hutchison, an RTPI chartered planner, brings specialist planning expertise with a deep understanding of current and emerging policy, site promotion and assembly, and the delivery of planning permissions in complex urban, historic and rural locations.

Mark Stevens, a RIBA-chartered architect, brings extensive experience in design, technical delivery, and the realisation of complex development projects, including infill and constrained urban sites.

Together, they offer over 50 years of experience in the built sector, and a complementary skillset that bridges planning strategy and architectural execution.
